Responsibilities Customer Service Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and expectations Provide personalized recommendations and advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities that align with client interests and budget Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their travel experiences exceed their expectations Booking and Scheduling Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services based on client preferences and requirements Coordinate itineraries, ensuring that all bookings align with client schedules and budgetary considerations Confirm bookings and send detailed itineraries to clients, providing them with all necessary travel documentation Manage and update client travel plans, making adjustments as needed Destination Knowledge Stay up-to-date on travel trends, visa requirements, and safety information for various destinations worldwide Offer insights and suggestions for travel experiences that match client interests, preferences, and budget Provide clients with valuable information and recommendations on travel insurance, travel adapters, and other travel-related services Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our CRM system Process payments and handle invoicing as needed, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date Perform other administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and compliance, as required Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Proven experience in a similar customer service role or within the travel industry Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus) Proficiency in using booking platforms and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-first mindset Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field Experience with travel industry software, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport Knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices Certifications, such as ARC, IATA, or CLIA, are an asset What We Offer Competitive Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses and opportunities for career growth and advancement Remote work opportunity, allowing for flexible hours and work-life balance Opportunities for professional development and training in the travel industry, including certifications and workshops Access to exclusive travel discounts and perks, including discounted travel rates and vacation packages Collaborative team environment with supportive colleagues and a dynamic company culture Why Join Us?
