About the Role As a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving patient inquiries, and providing solutions to challenging billing issues. Key Responsibilities: Respond to 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries. Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a smooth and efficient billing process. Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of our services and policies. Maintain performance goals and strive for excellence in customer service, quality, and productivity. Become proficient with our processes and systems after completing a structured training program, ensuring a seamless transition into the role. Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed as a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous medical and/or call center experience, which is highly desirable. A dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download speed) and the ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work independently, manage time and tasks effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote setting. Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with alpha-numeric data entry skills. Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to perform successfully in a team environment.
