Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a direct hire employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and online chat. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and achieve specific department goals. The salary for this position is $19.00 per hour, with a base pay range of $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials, and guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping.
Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and provide solutions.
Assist consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
Basic Requirements
A high school graduation or its equivalent.
Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.
Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders.
Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service.
A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer.
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian.
Experience working with luxury goods or in a fashion-related industry.
Knowledge of customer service software and technology.
Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
