Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media interactions for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media interactions for our clients
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Utilize problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities to resolve customer issues
Navigate multiple computer programs and systems to access customer information and resolve issues
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Upsell and cross-sell products and services, as needed
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Previous experience with computer systems, software, and technology
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Experience with social media platforms and live chat software
Previous experience working from home or in a remote environment
Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
