Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while upselling products and features that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: Active Listening: Listen attentively to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions. Excellent Soft Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills to provide a world-class customer experience. Technical Skills: Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy, utilizing various software tools and technologies. Requirements: Technical Requirements: High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite). A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone. Quiet, secured workspace. Personal Qualities: 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED. Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette. Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting. Must be able to thrive in a highly structured environment. Schedule with open availability (evenings and weekends required). Work Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience.
