Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Customer Relations Call Center Agent to provide exceptional customer service to our valued pharmacy customers. As a Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you will serve as a customer advocate, responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing solutions that delight our customers. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a timely and professional manner, upholding blithequark's purpose and values. Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to resolve customer concerns. Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications. Utilize strong PC skills, toggling between different applications, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office. Articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing, providing clear and concise information. Requirements Essential Qualifications: A minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office. Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete a paid company training program. Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish. Prior inbound Call Center experience. Previous experience working from home. Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 - $32.74 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
