We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as a remote Data Entry specialist. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our clients, providing product information, and resolving issues in a fast-paced and organized environment. Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and executives, engaging with them to understand their needs and recommend suitable American Express Small Business Services (SBS) products
Convey in-depth product and service knowledge to communicate key features, benefits, and other essential elements of American Express Private Business Services
Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, addressing complaints, and closing deals
Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a quick-moving, organized client care environment
Record important account data according to established policies and procedures
Maintain integrity by complying with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices
Essential Qualifications
At least two years of customer support experience, with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (two years+)
Ability to work in a speed-paced environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
