Job Summary As a Customer Advocate Phone Specialist with blithequark, you will work in a fully remote capacity within the state of Arizona, providing exceptional inbound phone support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, researching, processing, resolving, and responding to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence. Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound phone support to healthcare customers throughout Arizona, addressing their concerns and inquiries with empathy and expertise. Clarify specifics related to our healthcare services, including contract benefits, changes in coverage, eligibility, claims, programs, and provider networks. Navigate multiple system applications to gather, input, and maintain data records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Consult and coordinate with internal departments, external plans, providers, businesses, and government agencies to resolve customer inquiries. Document and record facts related to inquiries and correspondence, updating customer files and systems. Demonstrate and maintain current working knowledge of blithequark systems, procedures, forms, and manuals.
