Key Responsibilities Out-bound call selling to solicit orders for goods or services, with a focus on high-end sales and customer service Sell and describe products and services, respond to customer questions, and obtain customer information as needed Analyze data to identify Top Spenders, Frequency of orders, Inactive/lost consumers for soliciting sales, and provide insights and recommendations to the management team Act as a reliable source for consumer information, and deliver high-quality data and insights to the management team Enter data and maintain a database of existing customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Maintain confidentiality with client information, and adhere to all company policies and procedures related to data protection and customer privacy Maintain detailed records of telephonic communications and interactions, including accounts, orders, and payments Identify and escalate priority issues, and work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer complaints and technical issues Process orders, manage customer accounts, and troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues Respond to emails and other customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety awareness and accident prevention guidelines Represent the company with complete professionalism, using telephone etiquette skills and ensuring that outbound calls do not disturb, annoy, or offend potential or current customers Act as a team player, working collaboratively with co-workers to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service Handle inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 2 years of experience in high-end sales in a call center environment, with a proven track record of success and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics, communication, and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on sales growth and customer service delivery Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Experience working in the cigar industry, or a related field, with a strong understanding of products and services Advanced education or training in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales principles and practices Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities Strong leadership
