Key Responsibilities: Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone in a timely and efficient manner. Handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a highly satisfying customer experience. Utilize strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to effectively manage client interactions and resolve issues. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position. Ability to work remotely in emergency situations and potentially on-site in the future. Personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work). Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software. Ability to keep sensitive information confidential. Preferred Qualifications: Multi-language capability is not required but may be beneficial. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
