Job Summary and Objective As a B2B Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you will interact with business customers via phone and email to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary objective will be to act as a liaison between customers, business representatives, and our support teams to resolve credit, customer service, and billing concerns. Key Responsibilities: Confer with business customers by telephone and email to provide information about our products and services. Maintain accurate records of business interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Process service requests through our channels to facilitate timely reconciliation and ensure correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved on all requests. Conduct account analysis and reviews, and develop proposals to meet customer needs. Follow up with businesses to document their experience with our services and ensure their needs are being met. Collaborate with B2B representatives to align with optimal care and provide seamless support. Utilize Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and spreadsheets on a daily basis, with extensive and accurate typing required. Planning and Organizing: Setting priorities and defining actions, time, and resources needed to achieve predefined goals. Written Communication: Expressing ideas and opinions clearly in properly structured, well-organized, and grammatically correct reports or documents. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales preferred. Experience with customer service over the phone preferred.
