Key Responsibilities: Respond to Customer Queries: Promptly respond to customer queries via live chat, email, video, phone, and social media channels, providing accurate and helpful information. Escalate Serious Complaints: Immediately escalate serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Liaise with Colleagues and Managers: Collaborate with colleagues and managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and satisfactory experience. Identify Common Problems: Identify common problems and escalate them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, to help us continually enhance our products and services. Maintain a Professional Manner: Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times, upholding the high standards of blithequark's customer care team. Obtain and Share Customer Feedback: Obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments, helping us to improve our products and services. Familiarize Yourself with New Products and Services: Familiarize yourself with new products and services as they are introduced, ensuring that you are always up-to-date and knowledgeable. Attend Workshops and Meetings: Attend workshops and meetings as required, contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our customer care team. Provide Training to New Agents: Provide training to new customer service agents, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them succeed in their roles. Respect Client Confidentiality: Respect client confidentiality at all times, maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers. Essential and Preferred Qualifications: Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous. Experience: Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, may be required. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills: Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
