As a Remote Airbnb Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our short-term rental venture, working closely with our team to manage our growing portfolio of properties.

About Workwarp and Our Short-Term Rental Venture

Our short-term rental company is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences, leveraging the latest technology and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve. With 18 properties currently under management in San Diego County, we're poised for continued growth and success, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities


Manage guest communication, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
Coordinate maintenance and cleaning services, ensuring that our properties are always clean and well-maintained.
Liaise with vendors, negotiating rates and services to ensure that our properties are always looking their best.
Manage listings on Airbnb and VRBO, optimizing our presence on these platforms to maximize bookings and revenue.
Generate leads and drive business growth through targeted marketing initiatives and social media engagement.
Oversee our social media channels, creating engaging content and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Conduct on-site property visits (approximately 10% of your time) to ensure that our properties are being managed to the highest standards.


Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as property management, customer service, or hospitality.
Excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, vendors, and internal team members.
Experience managing short-term rentals on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, with a deep understanding of the industry and its best practices.
Proficiency in property management software and technology, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred qualifications include:


Residence in San Diego, California, which will enable you to visit our properties and engage with the local community.
Knowledge of the San Diego County area, including its attractions, amenities, and services.
Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
