Key Responsibilities: Operate production equipment, including machinery and tools, to produce high-quality plastic pellets Monitor and maintain production line efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines Participate in quality control processes to ensure products meet our high standards Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of work history in a production or manufacturing environment Ability to lift 55lbs and stand for long periods of time Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and responsibilities Ability to work in smelly, noisy, and dirty working conditions (with occasional exposure to black pigment color) Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastics or automotive industry Knowledge of production equipment and machinery Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret production schedules and reports Excellent communication and teamwork skills Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail and quality control skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and ability to use production software Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
