Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled Research Administrator Trainer to assist our team in creating comprehensive training materials for research administrators. As a Research Administrator Trainer, you'll play a critical role in helping new research administrators onboard by familiarizing them with hospital policies and day-to-day job duties. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative and knowledgeable environment, with potential for long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation of training materials for research administrators, including developing comprehensive training programs, manuals, and guides. Support new research administrators in understanding hospital policies and daily responsibilities, providing one-on-one training and feedback. Work cross-functionally with various teams and faculty members to ensure that training materials are accurate and up-to-date. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of hospital policies and procedures related to research administration. Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of research administrators. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in research administration and training development. Essential Qualifications Training Development: Experience in developing training materials and programs for research administrators. Research Administration: Strong knowledge of research administration principles, practices, and regulations. Training Instruction: Experience in providing training and instruction to research administrators. Writing Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise training materials. Experience with Grants: Experience working with grants and grant management systems. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, healthcare administration, research administration). Experience working in a research administration or training environment. Certification in research administration (e.g., Certified Research Administrator (CRA)). Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and online training platforms. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
