Key Responsibilities Moderate live chats on YouTube, ensuring that all interactions comply with community guidelines and terms of service. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with senior stakeholders from YouTube activation partners to develop and execute joint business plans. Train Google stakeholders on the function and working model of partners, and collaborate with sales teams regionally. Develop and implement comprehensive outside communication strategies to promote the benefits of partnerships. Partner with internal teams to evolve the YouTube activation partner program, including the qualification of new YouTube partners. Minimal Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in online media, advertising, marketing, or business development. Experience in customer relationship management and cross-functional project management. Experience in video advertising and marketing. Preferred Qualifications Experience handling a large-scale partner or customer relationship in a multi-associate environment. Experience managing ambiguity and taking ownership of tasks from inception to completion. Knowledge or understanding of contextual advertising, reach and frequency, or suitability. Experience with API or device integrations, or working with Google API availability. Ability to recognize complex technical standards and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.
