Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via live chat to assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide information on blithequark's products and services. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, helpful responses and resolving customer issues efficiently. Maintain a professional and confident demeanor in all customer interactions. Research and Problem-Solving: Conduct thorough research on customer inquiries to provide accurate and relevant solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues or concerns as needed, ensuring timely updates to customers. Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Generate reports and insights from customer interactions to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential opportunities for our services. Collaboration and Team Contribution: Work closely with other team members and departments to develop and implement best practices for chat support. Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, feedback, and suggestions for enhancing service quality and operational workflows. Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a web chat or online customer support environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM tools and live chat software; familiarity with cybersecurity products and services is preferred.
