As a key member of our Supply Chain Solutions division, the Warehouse Customer Logistics Manager - Inventory will play a critical role in driving our success.

**Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Customer Logistics Manager - Inventory to join our team in Franklin, IN. As a leader in our Supply Chain Solutions division, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, managing inventory, and leading a team of direct reports. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, including inventory management, customer service, and account management.
* Lead a team of direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
* Manage and attain daily operational goals within your assigned functional area, including customer satisfaction, staffing performance, and health and safety management.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
* Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the logistics industry.

**Essential Functions:**

* Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
* Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
* Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
* Health and Safety Management
* State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

**Additional Responsibilities:**

* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
* Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
* Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
* Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
* Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required

**Qualifications:**

* H.S. diploma/GED required
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
* Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
* One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
* Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
* Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
* Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
* Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required

**Compensation and Benefits:**

* Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
