Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Virtual Minute Clinic Provider to join our team in Oklahoma. As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you'll deliver patient care services through a remote technology platform, working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to provide holistic, evidence-based care to our patients. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities As a Virtual Minute Clinic Provider, your responsibilities will include: Providing holistic, evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning. Evaluating primary care, acute, chronically ill, and transitional care patients, and providing healthcare education and counseling. Documenting all patient care within an electronic health record (EHR) according to MinuteClinic policies and procedures. Providing care and coordination of patients with internal and external colleagues, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided for all patients. Effectively working within a patient care team, including fellow Providers, Collaborative Physicians, paraprofessionals, Pharmacists, and other members of the healthcare team. Working independently, prioritizing and solving problems, taking initiative, and advocating for patients and their practice. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent. Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Initiative, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility. Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously. Proficiency with information management and technology. Capacity to collaborate with professional colleagues as necessary to provide quality care. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Education You'll need to have completed a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. Pay and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is $37.66 - $81.11 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Work Environment As a Virtual Minute Clinic Provider, you'll work in a remote environment, using a dedicated technology platform to deliver patient care services. You'll need to have: Broadband connectivity with a download speed of at least 25 download and 3 upload speed. A quiet setting with a neutral background to conduct visits from.
