We believe that every student deserves access to high-quality education, regardless of their background or location. **Job Summary** As a CRE Teacher at blithequark, you will be responsible for designing and delivering rich and engaging learning experiences for students in a virtual learning environment. You will work closely with our team of educators, coaches, and administrators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality instruction, support, and guidance to students, while also collaborating with colleagues to drive instructional decisions and improve student outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Provides rich and engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students * Demonstrates a commitment to personalizing learning for all students * Differentiates instruction based on student level of mastery * Augments course content according to prescribed policies and procedures using appropriate asynchronous and synchronous tools under guidance from principal and coach * Maintains grade book ensuring student academic integrity, makes student placement and promotion decisions, and alerts administrators to concerns about student performance and progress * Prepares students for high stakes standardized tests * Establishes and maintains positive rapport with families and regularly communicates with and responds to students and learning coaches/parents in a timely manner * Supports learning coaches/parents with student curricular and instructional issues, as well as basic troubleshooting in a virtual classroom environment that is in line with academy policies and procedures * Maintains and effectively applies knowledge of the State, National, and Industry Specific learning standards * Develops effective instructional tools and strategies to supplement and enhance provided curriculum * Collaborates regularly with the school and national professional learning community * Administers and proctor's certification assessments where applicable * Serves as an Advisor for Career & Technical Student Organization * Supports CTE Program Coordinator/school/program with creating business and industry partnerships to help navigate work-based learning experiences for students * Supports a project-based learning model **Requirements** * MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + Bachelor's degree + Active state teaching license + Ability to clear required background check * OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data, and use it to drive instructional decisions + Receptive to receiving coaching regularly with administrators and teacher trainers + Ability to embrace change and adapt to ensure excellent student outcomes + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint + Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms + Ability to maintain teacher certification/professional development hours and fluency in K12 systems, programs, and curriculum * DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: + Experience working with proposed age group + Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology + Experience teaching in an online (virtual) and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment + Experience with online learning platforms **Benefits** As a member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Access to cutting-edge technology and resources * Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance * Opportunities for career advancement and leadership development **How to Apply** If you are a passionate and dedicated educator who is committed to making a difference in the lives of students, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
