As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll start at $28 per hour and have the opportunity to earn up to $35 per hour after 30 shifts with strong QA and resolution metrics. You'll also have the flexibility to pick your shift blocks weekly using our internal dashboard, with morning, evening, weekend, and overnight blocks available.

Our onboarding process is designed to be fast, friendly, and effective. You'll receive:
* 2 hours of structured onboarding to get you up to speed on our platform and processes
* Practice chats with personalized feedback to help you build your skills and confidence
* A first monitored shift to confirm your readiness to support customers independently
* Most agents are live within 4–5 business days, so you can start supporting customers and earning money quickly
