Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Full Stack Supervisor to join our remote team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development, improvement, and implementation of all agreements, including seller supply, transfer, fix, and redesign, non-disclosure, resource buy, deal or rent records, and other contracts essential to our business operations. You'll work closely with our Production network The executives Resource Procurement group and collaborate directly with clients and vendors to foster agreements and resolve issues cooperatively, ultimately supporting key functional and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:


Creating and maintaining standard agreement formats through collaboration with the Delta Regulation Office
Supporting time-sensitive dealings for the Agreements being considered and ensuring timely agreement advancement to achieve plan achievements
Fostering agreements with external clients, including but not limited to, airlines, renting organizations, and merchants
Ensuring endorsement and proper execution of every single authoritative report
Recognizing opportunities to improve business cycles and implementing change
Creating and maintaining electronic databases, including the management of agreements, closing agendas, Pinnacle Merchant Management, and other regulatory functionality within SalesForce or Delta Airlines endorsed frameworks

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:


A four-year degree in a relevant field or significant equivalent experience
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in agreements-related roles, preferably in the aviation industry
A proven track record of collaboration and building relationships across diverse and high-performing teams
A demonstrated commitment to data protection while handling individual information
An ability to adapt to a diverse range of individuals, perspectives, and styles
A focus on well-being and safety, both personally and for others
Where permitted by applicable law, having received or obtaining the COVID-19 vaccination by the date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based positions, unless already employed by Delta Carriers, Inc.
