About the Role We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Staff Engineer to join our Product Planning and Delivery team. As a critical member of our close-knit and high-speed delivery team, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing business functionality across various stages and products. Your expertise in Oracle Exadata, Oracle SQL Developer, and UNIX (KSH) scripting will be invaluable in driving improved solutions and achieving results. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, stage, and infrastructure/security groups, to design, code, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software components. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement business functionality across assigned stages and products using Oracle Exadata and Oracle SQL Developer Develop new features and services with a high level of complexity, working closely with product, stage, and infrastructure/security teams Configure, code, test, deploy, and maintain working software/technology components, ensuring seamless collaboration with architects and peers Deliver clean, secure, performant code/technology components that meet all non-functional requirements Build Threat Models, Engineering Assessments, and Plan/Code/Beds setup as required Drive conversations and participate in development interaction definitions and design approaches to address complex business issues Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Engineer with Oracle SQL Developer knowledge and UNIX (KSH) scripting Ability to design, code, test, and deploy high-quality software components Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Exadata and Oracle 19 DB knowledge in late versions (12-19) Experience with DevSecOps standard practices and cycles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to facilitate a diverse and inclusive environment What We Offer Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary of $25/hour Comprehensive culture and career development opportunities Collaborative, dynamic, and team-based environment Opportunities for growth and learning in a rapidly evolving industry Why Join T.J.
