**Experienced Full Stack Sourcing Specialist – Strategic Procurement and Contract Negotiation**

As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals by developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans that drive cost savings, improve quality, and enhance our relationships with key stakeholders. **About the Role** As a Senior Sourcing Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans that drive cost savings, improve quality, and enhance our relationships with key stakeholders. You'll work closely with commercial business stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and develop and execute RFPs, negotiations, and contract management strategies to achieve our goals. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans that drive cost savings, improve quality, and enhance our relationships with key stakeholders * Collaborate with commercial business stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements * Develop and execute RFPs, negotiations, and contract management strategies to achieve our goals * Analyze bids and proposals from vendors to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements * Develop and execute clear, based negotiation techniques using Strategic Sourcing methodology * Prepare and execute contracts, and perform post-award administration * Understand and support the development and execution of performance control applications with vendors that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost * Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices * Communicate and document to management the reputation of any significant outside relationships that would impact planning and decision-making * Analyze marketing business trends and situations that impact internal stakeholders and outside vendors and/or pricing * Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on current business best practices * Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances * Show skillability with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements **Key Skills and Qualifications** * 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum 2 years of professional services class sourcing * Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels * Strong strategic agility * Strong analytical skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong negotiation skills * Ability to collaborate in a team environment * Internal client awareness * Ability/choice to work in various environments * Ability to handle ambiguity * Knowledge of: + Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal phrases & conditions + Entertainment industry trends and situations + Proven skillability with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on subjects regarding boilerplate revisions to phrases and conditions **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services * Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus * Consulting/Advisory history is a plus **Required Education** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $25 to $30 per hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is pushing the boundaries of what's possible * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Professional development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your career * Flexible work arrangements to support your work-life balance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced sourcing professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
