About the Role We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Engineer to join our Google Cloud Stage bundle team. As a key player in this rapidly growing business, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and help design the future of relationships of all sizes using technology to connect with clients, employees, and partners. Your primary focus will be on Conversational AI and Contact Center applications, enabling clients, colleagues, and field teams with AI/ML projects on Google Cloud. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Assist clients and partners in understanding the power of Google Cloud, explaining specific features, helping clients plan and implement solutions, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Business Development: Influence the strategy for Google Cloud AI/ML by driving business client needs and requirements. Solution Development: Design and develop solutions that meet, enhance, and update for our enterprise clients, showcasing the business value of Google Cloud AI/ML solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Travel: Travel up to 40% of the time to client sites and events, as required. Requirements Essential Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML solutions. Technical Skills: Experience with AI/ML technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning, and deep learning. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Contact Center technologies and platforms. Familiarity with conversational AI and chatbot development. Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. Knowledge of document and image AI.
