About the Role We're currently seeking a talented and motivated Associate Software Engineer to join our team in Noida. Key Responsibilities As an Associate Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for: Designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications using a range of programming languages, including C, C++, Java, and Python. Collaborating with our development teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, working closely with our QA teams to identify and fix defects. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve our software development processes and tools. Communicating effectively with our stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and status. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A full-time B.E/B.Tech/MCA degree from a recognized university with a minimum score of 60%. Strong technical skills in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python. Experience with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and microcontroller/processor programming. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Delivery commitment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. Experience with version control systems, such as Git or SVN. Strong understanding of software engineering disciplines, including test-driven development, configuration management, and coding practices.
