About the Role We're seeking an experienced software engineer to join our Enterprise and Education Technologies team. As a key member of our Enterprise Workflow team, you'll be responsible for defining and driving processes, awareness, and reliability for critical client workflows across Apple's enterprise ecosystem. Your creativity, technical expertise, and passion for innovation will be essential to our success. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy enterprise workflow solutions that meet the needs of our customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Client Experience, Marketing, Product, and Support Drive quality improvement initiatives and processes to ensure high-quality solutions Review and provide feedback on plans and implementations developed by software and automation engineers Communicate and drive decisions on various aspects, including client experience, technical design, protection, and security Build tools and workflows that help engineers understand their project's impact on managed enterprise and educational environments Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience delivering and managing Macs, iPads, iPhones, and Mac TVs in various enterprise and educational organizations Proficiency in design management solution landscapes, specifically those used to manage macOS devices Advanced programming skills in Swift, Python, Go, Objective-C, or similar Experience with Apple enterprise technologies, including Apple Business Manager, Mobile Device Management, Apple Configurator, and Automated Device Enrollment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines and tools Knowledge of Apple Management Platforms and Mobile Device Management Solutions across various deployment types Experience with scripting languages, such as Bash, Perl, or Ruby Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git What We Offer Competitive Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary, starting at $25/hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Opportunities for career growth and professional development Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools Collaborative and dynamic work environment Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At Apple, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
