Job Highlights: Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package Position: Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Apple Enterprise Workflow Development Location: Remote (any city in the US) Company: Apple (through Workwarp) Start Date: Immediate openings available Key Responsibilities: As a Software Engineer on our Apple Enterprise Workflow team, you'll play a critical role in driving the development of organization-grade products and experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Engineering, User Experience, Marketing, Product, and Support to define, prioritize, and execute product development discussions and map functional requirements to technical designs and project schedules Driving high-quality development projects and processes, ensuring seamless and robust organization-grade products Reviewing designs and implementations produced by software and automation engineers, providing trusted and positive technical guidance Communicating and driving decisions (written and oral) on various components, including user experience, technical design, privacy, and security Building tools and workflows that support engineers in studying their project's outcomes on controlled organization and academic environments Perpetuating an inclusive team culture, assisting in the development of team members' impact and influence Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: 10+ years of experience deploying and managing Macs, iPads, iPhones, and Apple TVs in various organization (Nonprofit, Startup, Financial Services, etc.) and academic (K12, Higher Ed, etc.) environments In-depth knowledge of configuration control solution landscapes, particularly those used to configure macOS devices Advanced programming abilities in Swift, Python, Go, Objective-C, or similar languages Deep familiarity with Apple organization technology, including Apple Business Manager, Mobile Device Management Specification, Apple Configurator, Automated Device Enrollment, etc. Comprehensive expertise in software development and high-quality guarantee lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices Awareness of Apple Management Platforms and Mobile Device Management Solutions across diverse implementation types (Open Source, Paid Solutions, and Managed Solution Providers) Exceptional verbal communication skills – both internal and external – with demonstrable dedication to continuous self-development Experience emphasizing the automation of repeatable tasks and assessments through CI/CD structures and mechanisms 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) Familiarity with cloud-based services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: As a member of our team, you'll have access to: Opportunities for professional growth and development Comprehensive training and onboarding programs Mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals Flexible work arrangements and remote work options Competitive salary and benefits package Work Environment and Company Culture: Our company culture values: Diversity, equity, and inclusion Continuous learning and growth Collaboration and teamwork Innovation and creativity Work-life balance and flexibility Compensation, Perks, and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: Competitive salary Comprehensive health insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Flexible work arrangements and remote work options Ready to Apply?
