**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our AI and Machine Learning Development team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying large-scale machine learning models and data pipelines that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to deliver innovative solutions that meet arenaflex's strategic objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to design and implement scalable machine learning models and data pipelines that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Develop and deploy large-scale data pipelines using cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Apache Beam, and Apache Spark
* Design and implement data quality tools and processes to ensure high-quality data for machine learning models
* Work with data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models using popular frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
* Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code that meets arenaflex's coding standards and best practices
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery
* Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of machine learning models and data pipelines
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in arenaflex's AI and machine learning capabilities
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on machine learning and data engineering
* 4+ years of experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
* 2+ years of experience working with data pipelines and data quality tools
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
* Experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
* Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification
* Experience with data quality tools such as Great Expectations, Deequ, or Fantastic Expectations
* Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and shell scripting
* Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI
* Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
