Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our Fire TV Experience Voice QA team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to influence the client experience, design, and execution of state-of-the-art products that will be used daily by individuals worldwide. Your primary focus will be on planning and building highly scalable test automation solutions, including end-to-end functional test automation frameworks, productivity tools, quality dashboards, and performance testing. Key Responsibilities Design and build automated test systems and test suites for use in development and testing cycles. Identify and address inherently difficult issues in unblocking automation. Design and develop tools that will help Engineers/Analyzers improve their efficiency and quality. Collaborate with development teams and your team peers to identify and prioritize valuable opportunities for automation. Lead and actively participate in design reviews, aligning teams across your organization towards conscious architectural and testability strategies. About the Team The Alexa Voice QA team at arenaflex is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of video platforms and features for users. Our Video Area team works with partners to deliver elite entertainment experiences using the power of video. We provide elite test infrastructure, tools, and support to deliver the best video experience. Essential Qualifications 4+ years of non-internship professional programming development testing experience. 3+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience. Experience programming with at least one current language like Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design. Experience in penetration testing and exploitability-centered vulnerability assessment. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance in a database environment. Experience with security in service-oriented models and web services. The base salary for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
