**The Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in starting authentic conversations with potential customers, leading to the sale of coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll work closely with our highly skilled client success team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Start new conversations with potential customers (2 hours/day)
* Follow up with leads and close sales (2 hours/day)
* Grow organic accounts and engage with existing customers (2 hours/day)
* Manage and respond to active leads, closing sales (1.5 hours/day)
* Participate in daily communication tasks and management activities (30 minutes/day)
**Essential Qualifications**
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
* Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
* Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
* Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
* Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
* Strong commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error
