About the Role: Senior Data Analyst - IT We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst - IT to join our Digital Technology team. As a data-driven leader, you'll have a passion for data, analytics, and program execution, with the ability to dive into details and focus on process improvement. You'll work closely with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology groups to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Analyze the digital performance of applications and systems, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology groups. Create and lead data analysis work streams, including data visualization, application performance analysis, and error pattern identification. Design, develop, and implement dashboards and reporting products to help leaders make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with US and India Data Center teams to develop dashboards and drive business outcomes. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, application releases, and cycles, and gain proficiency in current applications and systems. Communicate and share updates with leaders, and assemble standard introductions. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science (Math, Statistics, or Economics), or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, analytics, and data engineering, with 3+ years in a Fortune 500 organization. 3+ years of experience in online business platform development. Experience building introductions for stakeholders and leaders, and engaging with all levels of management. Proven ability to create a vision, motivate the team towards that vision, and provide support to achieve it. Broad experience with BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire) to create significant, rich dashboards. Advanced Excel skills. Experience analyzing online business platforms for Web, Mobile Application, and Loyalty. High-level SQL skills. Strong problem-solving skills, using data to drive solutions. Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree in Computer Science, Aviation Management, or Operations Research. Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics, or related certifications. 4+ years of experience in a lead role. Experience with Data Dog /App D/Kibana, Big enterprise monitoring systems, Palantir Foundry, or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. Past airline or travel industry experience. Experience with AWS - Redshift, QuickSight, Athena, or BigQuery. Continuous integration and delivery using Agile methodologies. Regression analysis on performance forecasts, with experience in various regression techniques.
