**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Analyst – IAM, your key responsibilities will include:
* Analyzing and improving IAM systems to identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and areas for growth
* Collaborating with development teams to design and implement secure IAM solutions that meet the highest standards of security and compliance
* Conducting regular reviews and evaluations to identify and address potential compliance gaps

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information security, or a related field
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on security and compliance
* In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks, including Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Identity Management
* Experience with IAM tools and technologies, including Ping Identity, Okta, and ForgeRock
* Strong understanding of security protocols, including OpenID Connect, OAuth, and SAML
* Ability to analyze complex security systems and identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
**Preferred Qualifications**
