Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Sales Representative to join our team as an Emergency Care LE+ Sales Specialist for Law Enforcement, Correctional Facility, and Government Customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker Emergency Care products to meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities As an Emergency Care LE+ Sales Representative, you will be responsible for: Working strategically to promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet the needs of our Law Enforcement, Correctional Facility, and Government Customers. Achieving your assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to Law Enforcement and other government account sales, marketing, clinical, and demonstrations of all related Pre-Hospital products and programs. Becoming the resident Emergency Care expert as you work with a sophisticated audience of law enforcement officials, other government officials, and medical directors. Focusing on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems, operating with honesty and integrity, and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service. Contributing to leading in product innovation by listening and working with others and contributing new ideas. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 5+ years of professional experience required, sales or clinical preferred. A Law Enforcement background is a plus. Knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, new product introduction, P/L management, and field testing. A valid driver's license in the state of residence. Physical Requirements This role may require: Moving, setting up, and demonstrating equipment weighing up to 75 pounds (lifting unassisted 75-80 pounds). Reaching, pushing, or pulling to accomplish job accountabilities. Prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate. Handling various materials, including durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, product components comprised of rubber, metals, and coated products. Mental Requirements This role requires: Strong interpersonal communication skills, specifically relating to stress management, people management, and conflict management. Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise. Ability to possess written and oral communication/present to large groups of people. Ability to manage time and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records. Unwavering ethics and integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment. Excellent customer service skills.
