**Experienced Full Stack Sales Professional – Customer Growth Account Executive at arenaflex**

Our Customer Growth Sales team is a growing team at arenaflex, and we're looking for a talented and driven individual to join our ranks as a Customer Growth Account Executive. **About this Role** As a Customer Growth Account Executive at arenaflex, you'll be calling into current arenaflex POS customers, and managing the whole sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to close. You'll work with existing customers to expand their product offerings with arenaflex and help their business grow. You'll also identify and develop leads in your territory, own the whole sales process, including outbound prospecting calls, video meetings with clients, creating value propositions, negotiating contracts, and closing. **Key Responsibilities:** * Work with existing arenaflex POS customers to expand their product offerings and help their business grow * Identify and develop leads in your territory through prospecting forward sales * Own the whole sales process, including outbound prospecting calls, video meetings with clients, creating value propositions, negotiating contracts, and closing * Meet and exceed monthly sales performance goals * Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities and pipeline * Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position arenaflex products * Collaborate with New Business Sales Team, Services, and Implementation teams to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery **Do you have the right ingredients?** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Business development experience, inside sales closing experience preferred * History of meeting and exceeding monthly sales performance goals * Excellent time management and organization, as well as written and verbal communication * A competitive and resilient nature, as well as a self-driven sense of motivation * The ability to act as a consultant and get prospects to think differently about their business * Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced transactional sales environment * Ability to handle change and ambiguity as you'll be floating to different territories/teams as the need arises **Special Sauce (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves)** * Experience with Salesforce CRM * Sandler Sales Training **Our Spread of Total Rewards** We strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits programs that help to attract, retain, and motivate the best and brightest people in our industry.
