Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Full Stack Sales Director to lead our Major Accounts and Business Development efforts for AT&T and associated accounts. This is a remote-based position located in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, and we're looking to fill it quickly. As a key member of our Sales Team, you'll be responsible for developing first-time business with AT&T and associated accounts, while leveraging the resources of a first-rate team of cloud solution specialists, sales engineers, engineering, and marketing professionals to expand our next-generation software (SaaS) portfolio and leading-edge fiber optic access.

Responsibilities and Duties

Lead a cross-functional team responsible for National Accounts in the Central United States, driving business growth and market share expansion.
Manage accounts as a business, ensuring profitability and market share growth through strategic planning and execution.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure Calix products and services are being utilized by customers across their network, driving business growth and customer premises, subscriber insights, and applications.
Provide market input on product development and price strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships across all levels and functions within customer organizations, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.


Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including:

10+ years of quota-carrying technology sales and major or enterprise account management experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
A strategic and business development mindset, with the ability to deeply understand customer businesses, prime objectives, and align those with Calix's core capabilities.
Ability to leverage resources internally to achieve results, driving business growth and market share expansion.
Knowledge of the networking technology competitive landscape, including WiFi technology, concepts, terms, and standards.
Understanding of MNO business, optical access networks, cloud and premise systems, including wireless gateways, ONTs, and mobile application software.
Familiarity with micro-services delivery or container management, and Customer Experience Management for broadband service providers.
Knowledge of Telecom and IT standards, such as TR-69, TR369, OMCI, GPON, XGSPON.
Ability to build a strategic account plan and execute against it, with a track record of over-achieving quota in past positions.
Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to CEO/CFO/CMO, and managing and closing complex sales-cycles, demonstrating ownership of all aspects of territory management.
Strong computer skills, including salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.


Desired Experience
We're looking for candidates with:

Selling experience into large Broadband Service Providers.
Negotiating and closing large SaaS TCV contracts for managed services.
Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM experience, and strong customer references.
A Bachelor's degree, preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a base salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation will vary based on geographical location, with different ranges applied to specific locations within the United States. The average base pay range (or OTE range for sales) in the U.S. for this position is listed below:

San Francisco Bay Area Only: $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
National Major Cities plus, CA, CO, NY Metro area: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
Regional plus NY: $100,000 - $160,000 per year.
