We're a rapidly growing organization with a strong focus on employee development and career growth opportunities. **Job Summary** As a Resource Insurance Program Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our Resource Security team and ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for our customers and partners. You'll work closely with our Worldwide Health and Security team, Actual Retail, and other key stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, develop new processes and procedures, and drive business growth. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel, up to 75% of the time, and will report directly to the Director of Resource Security Systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement effective resource security strategies and processes to ensure the highest standards of safety and security for arenaflex customers and partners * Collaborate with the Worldwide Health and Security team, Actual Retail, and other key stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, develop new processes and procedures, and drive business growth * Provide guidance and support to arenaflex store and corporate teams on safety, security, and risk-related issues * Manage and maintain sensitive data and information while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures * Develop and implement reporting and analytics tools to track and measure safety, security, and risk-related metrics * Collaborate with data experts and reporting teams to develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for field and store administration teams * Ensure compliance with all arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to safety, security, and risk management * Provide exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex customers and partners **What You'll Need** * 2+ years of experience in retail resource assurance or security (required) * Ability to travel locally, up to 75% of the time (required) * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Experience with GBQ, Looker, and MS Office (desired) * Strong knowledge of access control systems and CCTV systems (desired) * Proven working knowledge of safety and security principles, best practices, policies, programs, and procedures, ideally in a retail environment (required) * Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively (required) * Adaptability to support multiple structures across various movements that are dynamic and have changing business needs (required) * Strong standing for integrity, honesty, and exceptional skill, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality (required) * Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences and partner groups, including executive-level management (required) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to transform data into meaningful insights (required) * Strong business acumen, including experience with strategic planning, and critical thinking skills (desired) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $35/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Equal Employment Opportunity** arenaflex is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities.
