As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from analysis to implementation, quality assurance, and maintenance. If you're a seasoned project manager with a passion for technology and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a team of developers, business analysts, and scrum masters in designing, developing, and configuring software systems for a federal customer * Ensure the successful delivery of projects from analysis to implementation, quality assurance, and maintenance * Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project objectives are met * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs * Provide weekly reports and communication plans to ensure project objectives are being reported and communicated across all levels of the organization * Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project success * Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction and repeat business * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and software development **Essential Qualifications** * Active IRS MBI Clearance required * 7+ years of experience working with specified software language as a developer * 3+ years of experience using Rational Team Concert or equivalent toolset * Demonstrated Control-M experience (for ETL developers) * Hands-on experience with Greenplum or similar database experience * Experience providing weekly reports and communication plans to ensure project objectives are being reported and communicated across all levels of the organization * Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with federal customers and understanding of federal regulations and compliance requirements * Experience with cloud-based software development and deployment * Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes * Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines * Experience with automated testing and quality assurance * Experience with version control systems, such as Git and SVN **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, including experience with software development languages, databases, and project management tools * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Insight Global, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
