Job Summary As a Remote Live Chat Agent at Blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance through our live chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and offer solutions to enhance their travel experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance with booking inquiries, flight status, and general travel information. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Maintain a high level of knowledge about Blithequark's services, policies, and procedures. Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues as necessary. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company. Provide personalized support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.
