Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Innovation Expert Understudy to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Understudy, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Foundation and Administrations, and Individuals and Money. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of applications used by our teams, testing and validating solutions, and collaborating with business clients to drive requirements analysis and solution development. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business clients to conduct requirements analysis and develop quality technical solutions Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business strategies, and departmental guidelines Manage project timelines, including planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence Act as a liaison to facilitate effective communication between business and Innovation teams Participate in system and acceptance testing Scope of work may vary depending on the team project Essential Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required Must be at least 18 years old Authorization to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Valid U.S. Social Security Number to complete the full hiring process This position requires authorization to work in the US as a permanent employee without sponsorship now or in the future Education and Academic Requirements Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or advanced degree program in MIS, Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field Minimum Sophomore status; undergraduate graduation date of December 2023 or later, unless currently enrolled in a full-time advanced education program at the time of application Currently enrolled as a full-time student as defined by your college at the time of application Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA at the time of application Preferred Qualifications Experience in software development, testing, or quality assurance Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
