Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into our database systems from various sources, ensuring data integrity and reliability. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed. Update existing records and ensure all information is current, maintaining the most up-to-date data. Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure seamless data management. Prepare and maintain reports related to data entry activities, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in data entry and management. Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with expertise in data management and analysis. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for identifying and correcting errors. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights. Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications in data management or administration, such as CompTIA Data+ or Certified Data Entry Specialist. Experience with database management systems, such as SQL or Oracle. Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
