Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Chat Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will provide exceptional online experiences for our customers by quickly answering online chat requests and providing extensive knowledge about our products and services. Key Responsibilities Respond to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed, providing a personalized experience for each consumer based on their wants and needs. Schedule consultations between prospective clients and our Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless handoffs and a smooth customer journey. Keep a detailed log of contacts, including those who were not interested, to inform future outreach and sales strategies. Follow up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past, nurturing leads and driving conversions. Be open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15-minute calls to actual sales calls when needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go above and beyond. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills and qualities. Here are some of the essential qualifications we're looking for: Experience navigating website pages and quickly identifying information, with a keen eye for detail. Proven social media experience, with a strong understanding of online platforms and their nuances.
