Schedule consultations between prospective clients and our Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless handoffs and a smooth customer journey. Keep a detailed log of contacts, including those who were not interested, to inform future outreach and sales strategies. Follow up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past, nurturing leads and driving conversions. Be open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15-minute calls to actual sales calls when needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go above and beyond.
