Job Summary This is a contract position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about data analysis and dashboard development. As a QA Analyst at Blithequark, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and measurement requirements, managing and improving integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance, and leading reviews to ensure data accuracy. You will also have the opportunity to work on automation projects to improve data precision and scalability. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing effort leaders, project managers, and our central analytics team to gather data and measurement requirements Manage and improve integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance; lead reviews, improve data processes surrounding data flow, and ensure data accuracy Oversee in-house processes for marketing experimentation; track and log ongoing studies/tests across multiple platforms; build automation to improve data precision and scalability Write high-quality SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables Partner with analytics and cross-functional teams to identify and correct data integrity/accuracy issues across our reporting, data systems, and dashboards Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field 2+ years of experience working with SQL (e.g., Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL) Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience building/working with distributed systems for data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large datasets from multiple sources Self-motivated with adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances Experience working independently and a history of taking initiative Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Associate's certification in Computer Programming or equivalent training Experience with data visualization tools and dashboard development Familiarity with agile development methodologies Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
