About the Role We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Solutions Engineer to join our team in Reston, USA. As a Product Solutions Engineer, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional client care to sponsors and Business groups, managing challenges for Google advertisers across various products, including Google Ads, YouTube, Google Analytics, Shopping, and Google Ads Platform (GMP). Your expertise will be instrumental in seizing, recognizing, and resolving complex issues, identifying patterns of issues for business and clients, collaborating with Product Teams and Designing to resolve product issues, and managing complex issues to goal to improve the client experience. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional client care to sponsors and Business groups, managing challenges for Google advertisers across various products, including Google Ads, YouTube, Google Analytics, Shopping, and Google Ads Platform (GMP) * Seize, recognize, and resolve complex issues, identifying patterns of issues for business and clients * Collaborate with Product Teams and Designing to resolve product issues and manage complex issues to goal to improve the client experience * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem, including AI-powered features and machine learning models * Engage with cross-functional partners, including Business, Designing, and Product groups, to build automation systems and processes to identify and prevent product issues * Model and develop tools to empower the investigation of client issues and questions to facilitate the investigation of standard use cases * Collaborate with Designing groups on Foundation deployments, updates, and relocations Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * Four years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud application development * Three years of experience with coding in a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python), working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, APIs) or performing data analysis and representation using SQL-like query languages * Experience with framework design/API, programming language including data structures and algorithms, AI essentials * Experience working with the Google Ads organization and internet business products * Understanding of backend framework concepts (e.g., reserve, memory management), mobile application working framework, mobile application data analysis product, and ability to investigate issues using troubleshoot log * Ability to decipher information to impact across cross-functional partners in gTech and Designing associations and convey technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to investigate and troubleshoot labeling issues on sites using engineer tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) Preferred Qualifications * Experience in framework design/API, programming language including data structures and algorithms, AI essentials * Experience working with the Google Ads organization and internet business products * Understanding of backend framework concepts (e.g., reserve, memory management), mobile application working framework, mobile application data analysis product, and ability to investigate issues using troubleshoot log * Ability to decipher information to impact across cross-functional partners in gTech and Designing associations and convey technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to investigate and troubleshoot labeling issues on sites using engineer tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) Skills and Competencies * Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms * Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, C/C++, Python, and JavaScript * Experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and HTTP * Understanding of backend framework concepts, including reserve and memory management * Ability to investigate and troubleshoot complex issues using troubleshoot log and engineer tools * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits As a member of our gTech Worldwide Client Experience (gCare) team, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions that help our Outreach groups and promoters deliver exceptional experiences to millions of clients around the world.
