Job Summary blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Operations Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, USA. As a Product Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining blithequark's land seller products, including setting up merchant contract rules, pricing, and inventory management. You will work closely with various teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery to our customers. This is a full-time remote job opportunity with a competitive salary of $25/hour. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain land seller profiles in the visit management system, including merchant settlement data, parent/chain connections, and stock portions. Set up and maintain all pricing and other selling rules for all direct land merchants. Design and implement rules for all electronically connected sellers. Manage the land product workflow for new destinations. Monitor land product competitive landscape and suggest and set up edge strategies where appropriate. Participate in troubleshooting visit management system technology issues and third-party technology associations. Provide pricing and objective data for marketing materials. Collaborate with the Product Development team on individual seller issues requiring clarity and resolution. Assist other blithequark divisions with questions or issues related to destinations and land product offerings. Furnish and assist blithequark offices with client resolution for land products on a case-by-case basis. Cooperate with Product Development to create and meet annual open available to purchase (OFS) timelines. Assist the Product Operations Facilitator with lodging stock administration, land reporting, and other tasks as needed. Assist with emergency management for catastrophic events and crisis circumstances. Establish and foster trusting relationships with partners at all levels. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Proven problem-solving skills with creative solutions. Meticulous and highly organized. Ability to work independently and collectively. Self-motivated. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of travel or hospitality experience. Knowledge of blithequark's programs, policies, and procedures. Knowledge of blithequark's Reservation systems. Experience with Microsoft Power BI. Work Environment This job works in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment like PCs, phones, scanners, and file organizers.
