As a key player in the retail industry, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **The Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Customer Identity and Experience Development, you'll play a critical role in driving the development and execution of arenaflex's customer digital character strategy. Your primary focus will be on building a comprehensive and seamless digital experience for our customers, ensuring that our platforms are secure, adaptable, and meet the highest standards of customer protection. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the development and execution of the customer digital character strategy, with a strong emphasis on personality matching for improved reach and information clean room capabilities * Define and communicate a digital personality and information clean room strategy, prioritization, and timelines for the Customer Digital Personality Stage * Ensure tools are built and scaled to support the security and integrity needs of internal teams in managing customer advanced characters * Work with a digital personality-centered approach to connect internal customers to the Customer Advanced Character Stage, ensuring all internal teams have access to secure and comprehensive customer character data * Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, highlighting effective management and protection of customer advanced personalities * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer advanced personality, information clean room, data security, and protection, identifying opportunities for product development and differentiation * Collaborate with Designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart +, and Marketing teams to deliver elite digital character solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer protection **Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree required; MBA or higher preferred * 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2 years of experience working in customer personality or marketing/advertising space; retail industry experience a plus * Quantitative or technical background a plus * Strong business acumen, as well as ability to analyze, issue address, scope technical requirements, and focus on results * Ability to think and act strategically, with a calculated approach * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence others within and outside the organization * Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to persuade and inspire teams to deliver results * Proven experience in creating and executing successful product roadmaps and drives * Strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market trends in the retail space * Experience with Agile philosophies and project management tools a plus **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance * 401(k) plan, stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance * Paid time off (PTO), including sick leave, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, and jury duty * Other benefits, including short-term and long-term disability, organization discounts, Military Leave Pay, adoption and surrogacy cost reimbursement, and more **PTO or PPTO** * You'll receive PTO or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
