As a Partner Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our conversational AI platform and driving business growth through the development of innovative live chat automation capabilities. **Job Responsibilities** As a Partner Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts and defining product requirements that drive improvements in the customer experience. You will work closely with the product team, including engineers, data scientists, and business partners, to develop and deploy products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Leading the development of product requirements that drive improvements in the customer experience * Influencing client information, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities * Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to develop products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments * Working with the core product team to define client stories, guide product definition, and develop comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to define future feature planning * Leading client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identifying ways to improve the experience * Analyzing execution metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and developing clear data-driven product suggestions * Maintaining and refining the product backlog, prioritizing client stories to meet the needs of the end-user while focusing on business value * Supporting the definition and development of the product strategy, roadmap, and release plan, as well as client experience **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field * A passion for innovation and a knack for driving business growth through cutting-edge technology * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely * A proven track record of success in product management, with a focus on driving business growth through innovative solutions * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven product suggestions * Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines * A strong understanding of conversational AI and machine learning, with the ability to develop and deploy innovative solutions **Preferred Qualifications** While a bachelor's degree is required, a master's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
