Your key responsibilities will include: * Designing and developing engaging sports experiences that meet or exceed industry standards * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions and ensure seamless execution * Conducting user research and incorporating insights into design decisions * Applying best practices across multiple platforms and devices to create a robust design framework * Coaching and providing feedback to colleagues and cross-functional partners with empathy and humor * Presenting designs clearly and confidently to stakeholders and driving design decisions based on user needs and business goals **About You** We're looking for a talented product designer with a passion for sports and user experience.
