Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Power Platform Developer to join our team on a remote basis, specifically for our project with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a critical role in developing enhancements and providing support for the Texas HHS Legislative Tracking System (LTS) 2.0 Power Platform application. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model. Develop Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and business process Flows for automation and process improvement. Design and develop Power BI reports to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform applications. Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning. Ensure data integrity and security in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Essential Qualifications Technical Skills: 8+ years of experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments. 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer. 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate technical solutions. 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform development. 8+ years of experience with Agile development processes and sprint planning. 8+ years of experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps. 8+ years of experience in design and development of Power BI reports. 8+ years of experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and business process Flows. Good understanding of Dataverse tables and uses. Good understanding of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center. Soft Skills: 3+ years of experience with communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization. 3+ years of experience with teamwork and collaboration with other functional and technical staff on projects. 3+ years of experience working independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SharePoint and other Microsoft technologies. Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Apps or Power Automate. Experience working with government agencies or in the public sector. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour.
