As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 50-100 arenaflex partners, ensuring that they have the tools and support needed to succeed, and driving the team to meet targeted objectives. You will be the primary point of contact for your team, conveying policies, maintaining compliance, and taking corrective action when necessary.Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a culture of safety, quality, and excellence within the team. Key Responsibilities Mentor, manage, and develop a team of 50-100 arenaflex partners to achieve operational excellence Convey policies to your team and act as the primary source of information, ensuring compliance and consistency Develop, implement, and maintain recognition programs to motivate and reward team members Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe working environment for all partners Collaborate with the supervisory team to establish and maintain quality control standards Develop performance objectives and targets to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality Work Environment As an Area Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment, where standing, walking, and having on-the-floor conversations are common.You will be required to access all areas of the building, which may include climbing and descending ladders, stairs, and ramps safely and without obstruction. You should be willing and able to work shift designs that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as be flexible to adapt to changing business needs.
